This cake is called E.V. Signature for a reason. We LOVE it! It’s the Ella Vanilla spirit encapsulated in cake form. First we’ll show you how to level, stack and ice your cake like the pros do. Then you’ll learn how to cover your cake in fondant. If your new to fondant, no worries, this cake is great for beginners because any issues with the fondant will be camouflaged by blossoms! You will create a multitude of flowers out of fondant with the blossom cutter tool set included in your kit, and use a pattern to space them evenly around the cake (or if you want, go wild and put them wherever the heck you want!) We’ll show you how to arrange your sugar roses to create a beautiful cake topper. You can use your flower blossom cutters over and over to decorate other cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Our E.V. Signature cake is combination of sweet flower blossoms, elegant sugar roses, and chic black details that make this the Audrey Hepburn of cakes – a delicate balance of sophistication and whimsy.
